Educational Pathways Program
In addition to our Careers Advisor, there is also The Educational Pathways Program (EPP).
The Educational Pathways Program complements existing careers education initiatives by providing additional resources, including two key roles: Head Teachers Careers and SBAT Engagement Officers. These roles work closely with schools to:
- Ensure students have access to informed career advice, quality training pathways, and meaningful work opportunities.
- Promote SBATs as a proven pathway for successful transitions into the workforce or further education.
- Connect students with employers and provide tailored support throughout their SBAT journey.
- Streamline program delivery across school groups.
- Support students facing barriers to education and training.
The Educational Pathways Program (EPP) consists of a range of targeted initiatives available to all participating schools, designed to support students in exploring vocational and career pathways. See below for examples.
